 We’ve created this site as a way to document our home renovation journey. We welcome you checking in from time to time to see our progress, offer advice, or maybe even learn a thing or two. 

We couldn’t believe it when we found a property that matched so many of our wish list items in terms of location, property size, house character and lack of any HOA rules and regulations. We were NOT so happy in terms of the condition of the house and the amount of work that is going to be required prior to being able to move it. But, we have accepted the challenge, and are looking forward to making our Olive Street “pit” into our perfect home.
